• Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week (flexible including weekends)

Pay & Benefits

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.61 and you will be guaranteed a minimum of 39 hours work per week (at least £530 per week). Overtime may be available. Benefits include:

Responsibilities

• Be an important part of the management team, supporting the manager to run an efficient shop.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager's absence (customer service, deliveries, shop routines).
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, hardworking approach.
• People person who builds strong working relationships.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Some experience as a supervisor, team leader, or manager in retail or similar industries (but open to those with potential).
• Must pass Employment Verification check and Basic DBS/Disclosure Scotland check.
