Dental Technician

Ref: 38844 | Location: Leatherhead, Surrey | Type: Permanent, Full-time (part-time considered) | Salary: Competitive + bonus | Visa sponsorship: Available

About the Role

Start date: ASAP
Days: Ideally full-time (Monday–Friday), part-time considered
Working hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (option to start at 8:00am and finish earlier)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications
Bonus: Fee-per-item structure available outside core hours
Workload: Established workload in place
Role focus: Combination of technical lab work and case management support
Experience: Looking for candidates with experience in prosthetics, finishing, or digital design, with an interest in case management

Mixed NHS and private lab with a focus on high-quality work
Team size: 5
Workflow: Combination of traditional impression and digital workflows
Software: Evident
Equipment: Fully equipped lab including scanners and digital systems
Materials: Zirconia and a range of other materials
Case types: Broad mix including cosmetic and general lab work
Parking: On-site parking available
Transport: Excellent links – bus routes and Bookham train station nearby

Requirements

Previous dental lab experience (prosthetics, finishing, or digital design)
Interest in case management responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and quality
Team-oriented with good communication skills
