Associate Dentist - St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex | Part-time | Permanent
UDA rate up to £16 | 50% private split | Mixed practice
About the Role
Start date: ASAP (notice periods considered)
Days: Part-time – flexible days and hours available
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
UDAs: 2,000–3,000+ (depending on days worked)
UDA rate: Up to £16 (DOE)
Private split: 50%
Lab bills: 50%
List: Established NHS, Practice Plan, and Fee Per Item patient base
Contract: Permanent
Practice Details
- Independent mixed practice (approx. 40% NHS / 60% private)
- 3 modern, air-conditioned surgeries
- Software: Pearl
- Fully digital with Digital X-rays
- CBCT 3D imaging scanner
- iTero scanner for Invisalign and restorative work
- Rotary Endodontics and Microscopes
- Access to in-house and external referrals (Implants & Endodontics)
- On-site Principal, Treatment Co-ordinator, 2 Hygienists, and visiting Implantologist
About the Practice
This is a forward-thinking practice with high demand for private treatments including Invisalign, whitening, implants, and smile design. The incoming dentist will benefit from an established patient list and excellent scope to grow private income, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. The practice offers full clinical freedom and welcomes additional skill sets.
Requirements
- GDC registered
- NHS Performer Number required
- Confident in managing a mixed patient list
- Patient-focused with strong clinical standards
