About the position

We are looking for Mechanical Production engineer that will be responsible for bridging design and manufacturing, ensuring that product move seamlessly from R&D into scalable, high-quality production. Main responsibilities include optimizing assembly processes, creating documentation and tooling, and supporting supply chain and production teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and cost-effective products. What You’ll Do:

  • New product introduction in manufacturing – collaborating with R&D teams to introduce designs in manufacturing, organizing first manufacturing cycles and design evaluation for manufacturability.
  • Supporting departments involved in system production cycle – production team, supply chain, quality control, flight operations, project management. Organizing production issue investigation and follow-up.
  • Developing documentation for production requirements (instructions, drawings, other visual aids).
  • Creating and controlling product change management (production version control and traceability).
  • Establishing and improving various production methods and tooling solutions. Analysing material flows, inventory management, process & people (motion) flows, time to execute operations.
  • Failproof design guidelines creation together with R&D team.

What We are Looking For:

  • Previous experience as Production engineer (or similar role) at least 2 years.
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills. Ability to create actionable steps in complicated situations.
  • Ability to prioritize your own work.
  • Experience building processes, introducing new principles and systems.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Great communication skills (to bridge R&D and Production teams).
  • Will be seen as benefit: Previous experience working in SolidWorks, PDM and Monitor ERP.
