Responsibilities

• Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.
• Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day-to-day care.
• Accompanying our service users to appointments and access their local community.
• Preparing meals and snacks to help sustain the service user’s nutritional needs.
• Tidying our service user’s home, assisting with basic domestic care tasks.
• Assist in the support of personal care tasks, from bathing to pad changes and incontinence care.

Shift Patterns

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we understand the importance of work-life balance. Flexible working patterns available: Mornings/Lunch (7:00am–3:00pm), Tea time/Evenings (3:00pm–10:00pm), Full days, Flexible availability across weekdays and alternate weekends.

What We Need From You

We look for people who are: Trustworthy, Compassionate, Patient, Adaptable, Multiskilled (cooking & cleaning skills are a bonus). Also require a clear Enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references. Previous training records and health and social qualifications are beneficial. • Pay: £14.50 + 45p per mile mileage allowance.
