Responsibilities

  • Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.
  • Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day-to-day care.
  • Accompanying our service users to appointments and access their local community.
  • Preparing meals and snacks to help sustain the service user’s nutritional needs.
  • Tidying our service user’s home, assisting with basic domestic care tasks.
  • Assist in the support of personal care tasks, from bathing to pad changes and incontinence care.

Shift Patterns

What We Need From You

We look for people who are: Trustworthy, Compassionate, Patient, Adaptable, Multiskilled (cooking & cleaning skills are a bonus). Also require a clear Enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references. Previous training records and health and social qualifications are beneficial.
