Our maintenance team plays an important role in maintaining and upkeeping the beautiful 286-acre camp property for our guests.

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, infrastructure, equipment and grounds with an emphasis on electrical work.
• Perform preventative maintenance as well as repairs on existing issues and deferred maintenance.
• Assist in other areas as needed including basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, landscaping, and automobile care.
• Assist with new construction and facility improvements.
• Replace or update inoperable building materials and machinery with necessary equipment and parts to meet physical and recreational needs for guests.
• Collaborate and maintain healthy working relationships with other departments to ensure a positive work culture.
• Maintain clean and organized workshop and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a maturing faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; and confidently articulate that faith.
• Ability to create and foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Must be teachable and easygoing.
• Must be adaptable and responsive towards urgent needs and shifts in priorities.
• Experience with power tools, heavy machinery, and equipment.
• Must be willing to work outdoors, and in inclement weather.
• Must be able to bend and lift as duties needed.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.
• HVAC experience is desirable.
