Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] delivers high quality end-point assessments (EPA) of apprenticeship standards. We are seeking to recruit industry experienced individuals to join our pool of associate developers across a range of standards in the creative sector, including: L6 Advertising Creative, L5 Audiovisual Technician, L4 Assistant Recording Technician, L7 Curator, L7 Creative Industries Production Manager, L3 Creative Industries Production Technician, L4 Digital Forensic Technician, L3 Data Technician, L4 Media Production Coordinator, L4 Post Production Technical Operator, L5 Post Production Engineer, L6 Registrar (creative and cultural), L7 VFX supervisor. The Role: Associate Developer (EPA)

Associate developers are industry experts within their field, therefore we are looking for people who can apply their skills and experience to support in the development our EPA assessment materials. Associate developers use their expertise to develop and review assessment materials such as question banks, scenario tests, grading criteria expansions, and other standard specific assessment materials, to ensure that they are valid, reliable, appropriate and occupationally relevant. To ensure that our assessment materials are up to date, associate developers must ensure their occupational competence and knowledge are up to date in the industry/occupation linked to the standard that they develop.

What We Are Looking For

  • Recent and relevant industry experience linked to the apprenticeship standard’s occupational area (essential)
  • Experience of working within the training/education sector (desirable)
  • Experience of assessment (desirable)
  • Effective time management (essential)
  • Collaborative working (essential)
  • Competence with the Microsoft Office suite (desirable)
