A typical day as a Team Member

  • Welcome customers with a smile and create a friendly, positive first impression.
  • Respond to customer questions, feedback, and concerns professionally and proactively.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to our brand’s high standards.
  • Operate the till and handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver efficient service, especially during busy periods.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Take initiative to step in and address issues, support colleagues, or work flexibly when gaps are identified.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
  • Support other reasonable duties as directed by the manager.
