Role Overview

The Care Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination of domiciliary care services, ensuring service users receive high‑quality, compliant care while supporting care staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

Essential Criteria

  • Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
  • Proven experience in a domiciliary care coordination or senior care role
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of WA9 3EZ
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Work‑related car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on‑call duties and weekends
  • Willingness to provide emergency hands‑on care when required
  • Satisfactory DBS and employment checks
