Care Assistant (Level 3 Preferred) – Maternity Cover

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a supportive residential setting.

Job Details

Hours: 42 hours per week
Contract: Fixed‑term – 9‑month maternity cover
Rate of Pay: £14.75 per hour
Working Pattern: Includes every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

Providing high‑quality personal care and support to residents
Promoting dignity, choice, and independence at all times
Supporting residents with daily activities and well‑being

Maintaining accurate care records in line with regulations

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Reliability and flexibility to meet service needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
