Key Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care to elderly residents
• Managing your time effectively during night shifts
• Supporting residents’ wellbeing, dignity, and safety
• Following care plans and recording information accurately
• Medication administration (training provided if required)

About You

• Reliable, trustworthy, and practical with good common sense
• Able to work independently and use your own initiative
• Previous experience with medication administration is desirable (but not essential)
• A car driver is essential due to the home’s location
• A commitment to delivering high standards of care
