Working Pattern: Includes every other weekend
Job Details
[Employer hidden] Ltd are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis, working 36 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a supportive residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high‑quality personal care and support to residents

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Reliability and flexibility to meet service needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
