Qualified Nursery Practitioner

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a passionate experienced Level 2 or 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery. Our children thrive, staff feel valued and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education, and we are looking for a leader who shares our commitment to excellence and child-centred learning.

40 - 45 hours per week

Your main role and responsibilities will be:

  • Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework
  • Take responsibility for supporting children's development and learning through play
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress
  • Support the implementation of nursery routines and high standards of care
  • Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

What We Are Looking For:

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Strong Understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
