We have over 600 employees and 170 Wealth Advisors providing wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.

The Role

The primary purpose of the role is to provide ‘front of house’ services within the Salisbury office. This will include managing the visitors’ diary, meeting arrangements and switchboard activity. The role holder will be the main point of contact for the day to day central stock and ordering systems.

On a day to day basis you can expect to be:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the company.
  • Answering the phone and redirecting callers to the appropriate recipient.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and providing support to meetings.
  • Collecting, opening and distributing post.
  • Ensuring that the telephone and email directories are kept up to date.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced role such as retail or customer service
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential
  • Excellent telecommunications skills.
