Location: Hemel Hempstead | Salary: £40,000-£42,500 | Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Overview

It’s an honour to be recruiting for this leading business in their field once more, in their hunt to fulfil this key newly created, key role on a permanent basis. A superb opportunity that could offer both stability and/or progression depending on the nature of the applicant, this is an organisation known locally for a superb culture, with wonderful benefits and team oriented environment. Working directly with both a wonderful HR Director and a cracking Snr HR Manager, who will both unquestionably be superb mentors, this role is seeking one of two groups of applicants to succeed in it.

  • Experienced HR Administrators/Officers with ER case work experience, looking for a lovely local role they can settle into and love for years to come.
  • Up and coming/progressive HR operators, with a good base of experience (including ER) who are looking to take their HR careers forward in a supportive and progressive business.

Key Duties

  • Full scope HR operations role, providing generalist support to a dynamic business group.
  • Management of ER casework and coaching/upskilling line managers on ER matters.
  • Ensuring policy and process are all up to date and well publicised throughout the business.
  • Full administrative support including preparation for payroll.
  • Process of starters/leaver documentation, managing the full employee lifecycle with the team.
  • Overseeing all sickness and absence monitoring and associated documentation.
