HR Coordinator FTC
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is exclusively partnering with a reputable organisation to hire an HR Coordinator on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role is vital for onboarding and compliance, offering a chance to impact employee journeys.
Key Duties
- Full administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle management process
- Build relationships throughout the business, with leadership and employees throughout the spectrum
- Drive an exceptional employee journey experience through A grade customer service and interaction with HR Ops
- Recruitment Coordination and Administration
- Ongoing upkeep and management of employee journey data and reporting via extensive interaction with the HRIS
- General HR Administration to support the team
About the Role
You should already be on your HR journey; the business is flexible regarding experience level but expects a growing knowledge of Administrative and Operational responsibilities of an HR function. This is a FTC up to 12 months.
Location & Salary
- Location: Hertford
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
- Must be local and have own transport.
