What will you be doing
You will maintain, fault find and improve control and instrumentation systems across the site, ensuring plant reliability, compliance and safe operation. Your work will cover both preventative and corrective maintenance, with a strong focus on quality, documentation and engineering judgement. You will work independently when needed, while also supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team.

- Investigating plant faults, identifying root causes and proposing robust, practical engineering solutions, supported by clear written reporting.
- Working strictly to health, safety, environmental, quality and site licence requirements, following work instructions, procedures and best practice at all times.

Who are we looking for
You are a Control and Instrumentation maintenance professional who takes pride in working to a high standard and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. You are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment, understand the importance of compliance and documentation, and can apply logical fault finding under pressure. You communicate clearly, support team learning and remain customer focused in how you approach your work.
You will need a recognised technical qualification at Level 3, such as City and Guilds or BTEC ONC, along with proven hands-on experience in Control and Instrumentation maintenance. You should be confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings, carrying out fault diagnosis and working with modern maintenance techniques.
