[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Senior Consultant to deliver impactful consulting projects for public sector and commercial clients. This hybrid role is based in London, UK and offers permanent full-time employment.

The Role

Acting as a Senior Consultant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will work on a variety of consulting projects to help clients solve knotty challenges. You will use problem-solving skills and objective thinking across industry areas including local government, transport, trade, justice and health. You will have responsibility and ownership of key areas, focusing on building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Playing an active role in fee-earning client engagements and internal projects. Working on deliverables and positive outcomes, taking responsibility, supporting colleagues.
  • Management of delivery engagements: With oversight, working up to day-to-day management on client engagements. Demonstrating ability to step up at short notice.
  • Personal development and helping others: Refining consultancy skills, developing preferences and strengths. Proactively seeking opportunities to support others.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Extensive transformation experience in central or local government environments
  • Experience in strategy, change management, research, stakeholder engagement, innovation and analysis
  • Good problem-solving, analytical skills and rigorous approach
