Store Supervisor- Castlemilk Convenience

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is the retail division of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] with 46 retail Convenience Stores in Glasgow, East Kilbride, and Edinburgh. We are looking for an experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Castlemilk Convenience.

  • Location: Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G12 8DR
  • Salary: 13.21 per hour
  • Contract: Permanent, Full Time (30 hours per week)
  • Closing date: 17/05/2026

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

  • To be an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • A 'can do' attitude and value being part of a successful team.
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
  • Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
  • Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
  • Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly, and monthly.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
  • Ability to manage small teams, take ownership, and motivate others.
  • Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good communication, computer knowledge, and numeracy skills desirable.
