IT Apprenticeship

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are a specialist technology consultancy that helps organisations design, build and optimise their IT infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about technology. The successful candidate will join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as part of a structured apprenticeship programme. In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
A Typical Day in the Job
- Provide first-line IT support by monitoring incoming tickets, triaging issues, and ensuring accurate and timely responses within SLA targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using internal tools, knowledge base articles, and security platforms, escalating more complex problems where required.
- Support user access and security processes, including password resets, multi-factor authentication, and following cybersecurity best practices.
- Assist with system maintenance and updates by supporting remote software installations, configurations, and automated updates across the business.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and by the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- Annual salary of £18,000
- Working hours: 8:00am–4:00pm, 9:00am–5:00pm, or 10:00am–6:00pm
- 20 days’ holiday plus bank holiday
- Fully office-based role
