FULL DESCRIPTION

Spray Painter

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join their team in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. This role involves priming and painting hydraulic cylinders using electrostatic gun and 2K colour change system. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of spray painting experience and a meticulous eye for detail.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reading & interpreting engineering drawings & production information
  • Priming & painting hydraulic cylinders
  • Using electrostatic gun & 2K colour change system
  • Loading & unloading production line
  • Working within the internal quality system ensuring that a high standard of production is maintained through to finished product stage
  • Working in a meticulous manner, paying close attention to workmanship
  • Operating in line with company H & S policy
  • Any other duties, within reason & capability, as determined by team leader

Essential Criteria

  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Strong numeracy & literacy skills
  • Previous engineering industry experience
  • Previous spray painting experience (min. 2 years)
  • Meticulous eye for detail

Desirable Criteria

  • 5 years + spray painting experience
  • Experience in precision engineering sector
  • Previous experience using electrostatic gun & 2K colour change system

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 16:45pm to 03:15am

Friday: OFF
