Therapy Lead - Speech & Language or Occupational Therapy

Location: Ealing, Greater London, England
Salary: £55k - 65k per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate or September

About the Role

Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role within a specialist SEN environment? A well-established specialist SEN school in West London is seeking a Therapy Lead to oversee and develop its multidisciplinary therapy provision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the therapy team (SaLT and/or OT)
Oversee assessments, intervention planning and delivery
Ensure provision aligns with EHCP outcomes
Work collaboratively with SLT, teaching staff and external agencies
Embed best practice and consistent therapeutic approaches
Monitor quality, impact and compliance
Support strategic development of SEN provision

Requirements

Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered (essential)
Experience within SEN settings (autism, complex needs, SEMH)
Experience leading or supervising staff
Strong understanding of EHCP processes and MDT working
Full UK Right to Work
