Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant - Manchester

Duties
- Supporting play-based learning and structured Early Years activities
- Assisting with early language development, phonics, and communication skills
- Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where needed
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Helping to develop children's social, emotional, and behavioural skills
- Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting daily routines and transitions within the EYFS setting
About You
- A graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
- Degrees in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields (desirable)
- A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for Early Years education and child development
- Experience with EYFS and/or SEND (desirable but not essential)
- Strong spoken English skills are essential
- An aspiring teacher, Early Years practitioner, or child development professional
- Must have the right to work in the UK
