CAD Designer

Location: Downley, Buckinghamshire, England
Salary: £35k - 45k per year

Key Responsibilities

Produce and develop 2D CAD drawings for M&E building services projects
Support the design of electrical systems within commercial and facilities environments
Work within NEC contract frameworks, supporting project delivery requirements
Use Bluebeam Revu for drawing mark-ups, revisions, and document coordination
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
Ensure drawings are compliant with relevant building services standards and regulations
Update and maintain accurate project documentation

About You

Proven experience as a CAD Designer within M&E / Building Services / Facilities
Experience working on projects under NEC contracts
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar)
Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
Good understanding of electrical building services systems
Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience in facilities management or maintenance environments
Exposure to BIM or Revit
Relevant engineering or design qualification
