Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant
Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant role at a high-achieving secondary school in Ealing. Full-time, long-term from September. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 and small group support, assisting teachers, and preparing lessons. Ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching.

Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group academic support to students across KS3 and KS4.
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Supporting students with varying abilities, including those requiring additional help.
- Helping to raise attainment and improve student confidence.
- Contributing to lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Hold a 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group university.
- Demonstrate strong academic ability and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Considering a career in teaching or education.
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
