Duties
- Provide 1:1 tailored support for children with additional needs and general classroom assistance

The Role
As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils during their first experiences of school life. You will:
- Assist in delivering engaging Early Years lessons
- Encourage active participation and curiosity in learning
- Monitor pupil progress and development
- Provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
