What You’ll Be Doing

Support students with SEND, EHCPs, and additional needs
Help drive academic progress and personal development
Monitor student wellbeing, attendance & achievement
Supervise 6th form study sessions
Work closely with families, staff & external agencies
Contribute to a strong, supportive pastoral culture
Support university applications & personal statements

What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting young people (education, mentoring, youth work etc.)
Strong understanding of SEND and inclusion
Confident using data to track progress
Excellent communication & people skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to build trust and inspire students
