Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of English lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Provide one-to-one and small group interventions focused on literacy and comprehension
  • Assist students with essay writing, analysis, and exam preparation
  • Help plan engaging learning resources alongside teaching staff
  • Encourage a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking

What We’re Looking For

  • A 2:1 or above in English, English Literature, or a related subject
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
