Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a high-calibre graduate for a teaching assistant role at a secondary school in Ealing. Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 per year, Full-Time, September start.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to drive academic progress
Support engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 opportunities)
Help students secure grades 5–9 at GCSE and beyond
Build strong relationships that support behaviour, focus, and confidence
Work alongside experienced teachers to develop your own teaching skillset

Requirements

A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group university
Strong academic background and passion for education
Confident, articulate, and proactive personality
A genuine desire to pursue teaching or a career working with young people
Experience with students (desirable, but not essential)
