Duties

This role involves full classroom responsibilities, delivering lessons across your subject specialism at KS3 and KS4, with potential exposure to KS5. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging STEM lessons (Maths, Science, or Computer Science), supporting students in achieving grades 5–9 at GCSE and strong A-Level outcomes, using data to monitor progress, creating a focused classroom environment, and collaborating with the STEM department.
Requirements
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree in a STEM subject (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science)
- Strong academic background and subject knowledge
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead a classroom
- A genuine ambition to train as a teacher in 2027
