Join Our Team – Residential Support Worker
- Location: Somerset, England
- Full-Time | Permanent | 2 Days On, 4 Days Off (48-Hour Shifts with Sleep-ins)
- £32,425 to £34,501 per year (Based on an average of 162 hours per month and inclusive of 10 sleep-ins)

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll:
- Support young people to feel safe, cared for, and inspired
- Help build independence, confidence, and life skills
- Encourage access to education, activities, and hobbies
- Be a role model and positive influence
- Create lasting memories through fun, play, and family-style experiences.
Please note:
- This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check (child & adult workforce, barred list).
- This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- We do not offer sponsorship for this role.

Requirements
- Caring, resilient, and motivated team players
- Experience in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to work toward it
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Aged 21+ (legal requirement for residential care roles)
All training provided – including a full induction and ongoing development.
