Commercial Cleaner

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Cleaner who will maintain the pristine appearance of our facilities and contribute to the positive atmosphere of our community. This role is crucial in ensuring that our building reflects the high standards we promise our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all areas in the building, including offices, meeting rooms, common areas, small gym, showers, and restrooms.
• Use initiative to go above & beyond, improving any areas that need attention.
• Litter pick and sweep/maintain external areas.
• Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure appliances in kitchens are in good working order and attractive.
• Identify and report any issues or repairs needed in the building to the head office promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out with minimal disruption to the operations of the business.
• Serve as a friendly and approachable face for all clients and visitors, enhancing their experience within our community.
• Assist in setting up spaces for events or meetings as required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility with work hours, including availability for occasional weekend or evening shifts if needed.
