Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s large global financial services client is actively looking for two Agile Coaches to join them on their journey. Our client is continuing their successful transition to Agile and as a result have an increasing need for coaching support across the organisation. The Agile coach will work with stakeholders and users across the UK, as well as globe, all of which at varying points on their own Agile journey.

Our client is looking for a truly seasoned Agile professional who can display longer term engagements upon their CV (Contract or perm) where they have added value and can display the impact they have personally had.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert coaching to key Agile including Release Train, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and more
  • Provide counsel and advice to management teams on Agile matters
  • Work with teams to determine their level of agile maturity and plan to improve process
  • Organise in Agile events
  • Refining implementation of Agile best practices and tools

Background of the Agile Coach

  • Extensive Agile Coaching transition experience within a large, global enterprise organisation
  • Track delivering large scale initiatives across planning, features/user stories, design and delivery
  • Experience applying Lean and Systems Thinking in global businesses
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures and ceremonies up to a Portfolio level
