The Role
This role is for an Onsite IT Technician within the Workplace Experience squad, reporting to the Workplace Experience team. The purpose of this role is to be the face of IT for our YPS (YourParkingSpace)/[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] office, delivering a seamless and productive work environment. This is a unique, hands-on role where you will act as a critical liaison between local office staff and Group IT, driving key integration projects to align the office with global standards.
How to make an impact
- Provide high-touch, in-person IT support for all employees in the YPS office, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical needs.
- Manage the end-to-end hardware lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning, while maintaining a precise Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Own the office's technical environment, ensuring all AV, meeting room equipment, and printers are consistently 'meeting-ready' and fully operational.
- Execute on critical integration projects, migrating local end-user devices, identity management, and office infrastructure to align with global Group IT standards.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for YPS-specific systems and processes throughout the transition period, ensuring business continuity.
- Uphold and enforce security standards for all devices and platforms within the office.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

Your background
- Proven experience in an onsite IT support role with a focus on hardware lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of asset management best practices and experience with CMDB tools.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining meeting room AV technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a transitional or integration-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
