The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our European Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of European Sales. You will manage and expand critical partnerships with Vehicle Manufacturers (OEMs) across Europe, driving significant revenue growth and securing long-term adoption of our connected services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Ownership: Build and nurture strong relationships with OEM stakeholders.
  • Commercial Growth: Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, renewals.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify customer requirements and promote solutions.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Internal Liaison: Connect OEM teams with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress updates, forecasts, and account reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management of cloud-based automotive solutions.
  • Deep understanding of automotive/connected services ecosystems, including Chinese EV industry.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation strength, with proven ability to hunt new business and farm existing OEM relationships.
  • Track record of progressing long sales cycles and solving complex customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English plus professional proficiency in German or French.
  • Ability to travel within Europe and Asia.

Highly Advantageous: Mandarin language skills.
