Senior Product Director

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] - Paris, London - Full-time - On-site

About the Role

As our Senior Product Director, you won’t just be managing a roadmap; you will be the architect of a global movement. Reporting directly to the COO of our Transport Business Unit, you’ll lead a talented team of 30+ to turn complex, one-off transit projects into a sleek, unified, and scalable global platform.

Your goal? To make [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] the 'brain' behind the world’s most efficient Transit Agencies (PTAs) and Operators (PTOs).

Your Missions

  • Lead the 'Product First' Evolution: Shift our DNA from a 'services and projects' mindset to a scalable 'standard product' powerhouse.
  • Bridge the Physical & Digital: Lead the convergence of hardware (validators/gates) and the digital passenger experience (mobile ticketing, MaaS, real-time data).
  • Set the North Star: Define and communicate a long-term vision that aligns our product roadmap with our global business strategy.
  • Empower a World-Class Team: Mentor and grow a high-performing organization of ~30 people.
  • Be our Global Voice: Act as the lead evangelist, winning over C-level stakeholders and strategic partners.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of leadership in Product Management, ideally in Transit, Fintech, or complex IoT/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of transforming project-based companies into scalable global platforms.
  • Experience managing and mentoring large, multi-disciplinary teams (30+) across international borders.
  • Technically fluent in cloud architecture, payment ecosystems, and hardware/firmware integration.
  • Familiar with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and local transit regulations.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
