As a part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s commitment to investing in the core areas mentioned above, we are looking for a Traceability & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our traceability programme, transforming information from Origin into compelling stories, building best-in-class traceability reports for roaster clients, whilst ensuring that our data is current and accurate. The role will also manage core marketing activities across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group, coordinating campaigns, events, digital channels, and content so that our brand presence is consistent and our marketing effort supports the sales teams in the various regions where we merchandise specialty green coffee.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collating traceability information from producers and transforming information into powerful story telling
  • Drafting, organising and distributing traceability reports for all coffees purchased
  • Support and promotion of impact projects in collaboration with partners at Origin
  • Day-to-day management of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] website, including social media post design and online materials
  • Online/offline ad buying, placement, and impact analysis
  • Writing articles or commissioning long-form content for publication (print and digital)
  • Coordination of coffee promotions across social media channels, the website, and offer lists
  • Co-management of multiple social media accounts (image selection, appropriate captioning, and analysing platform analytics)
  • Budgeting, planning and execution of events/trade shows
  • Production and distribution of general marketing and brand collateral
  • Collaboration across all regions, developing a strategy to enhance the visibility of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s brand
  • Oversee and collaborate with the London School of Coffees and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Micro on marketing activities, ensuring that there is cross-pollination between [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and the sister companies
  • Management of Intellectual Property in conjunction with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] legal, ensuring that all [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Trademarks remain protected & up to date

Skills & Experience

The successful candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience working in marketing, with a knowledge of speciality coffee and a genuine interest in sustainable supply chains. Experience and knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is a must, as well as experience with email campaign tools, Adobe Suite and Canva (or similar experience).

In addition, the candidate will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, be well-organised and highly self-motivated. To be fluent or native English speaking, and to have strong working knowledge of a second language (preferably Spanish).
