About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead Cure, owning its strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance. You'll set the direction for a portfolio spanning embedded sensors, reusable hardware, and associated software, and be accountable for the P&L and the achievement of Cure's business goals.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers in-house working closely with your team's tech lead. You will manage distributed third-party partners who design our physical products and work closely with the Operations team who manage partners who produce them. You'll also collaborate with our Novel Sensing R&D team to conceptualise and validate new sensing modalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and direction of the Cure product portfolio
  • Set, communicate, and take accountability for OKRs across the Cure portfolio
  • Align strategy with business stakeholders
  • Take full accountability for the Cure P&L
  • Identify opportunities to expand Cure's footprint
  • Set and execute the product roadmap
  • Drive 0-to-1 product development
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of hardware and software engineers
  • Form and manage relationships with third-party R&D partners
  • Collaborate with Operations team on supply chain
  • Define and improve working models with partners
  • Partner with Novel Sensing R&D team

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading hardware and software products end-to-end
  • Experience owning a P&L
  • Track record with outsourced manufacturing partners
  • Strong product instincts
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Comfortable across full product lifecycle
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, sensor hardware, IoT preferred
  • Experience in high-growth Series A to C environment preferred
