We’re looking for someone who has previous experience in food retail, is passionate about artisan food and wine, is organised, proactive and eager to learn, has good communication skills and can lead in-house training. Main responsibilities: Curate and maintain our cheese and charcuterie selections, manage stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste, track sales and develop strategies to grow the category, ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld, train and support the shop team on cheese and charcuterie knowledge. You’ll be joining a tight-knit and supportive team, committed to making exceptional food more accessible and appreciated in London.
