Strategic Partnerships Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About The Role

Reports to: Head of Partnerships. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will drive new school partnership subscriptions to our Mastery programmes and provide account management to key Academy Trust partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation of the school recruitment strategy, support Programme Delivery team to provide exceptional account management to key accounts
  • Monitor and report on pipeline progress via Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce)
  • Arrange meetings, deliver sales presentations and programme demonstrations virtually and face-to-face
  • Use consultative sales approach to connect with prospective customers and match products/services to their needs
  • Gather feedback from partners to build impact and case study portfolio and grow value of strategic partnerships

Experience & Skills

  • Experience of selling to schools and Multi-Academy Trust leaders (desirable)
  • Understanding of project management disciplines and governance
  • Experience of devising and implementing customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills

Qualification Criteria

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent (preferred)
  • Right to work in the U.K.
