About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Clinical Trials Coordinator to support the development, set‑up and delivery of cutting‑edge clinical trials in neuro‑oncology. What you would be doing

You will play a central role in coordinating all aspects of clinical trial activity—from protocol development and regulatory submissions to trial conduct, data management, and stakeholder communication. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced research setting, enjoys problem‑solving, and is committed to maintaining the highest scientific and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for

  • Proven clinical trial coordination experience in clinical trials
  • Experience of on-site monitoring, including source data verification
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and guidance and proven ability to apply these to the coordination of a clinical trial
  • Evidence of effective communication, both orally and with the written word
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
