What You’ll Do

  • Engage directly with enterprise prospects and customers to uncover organizational needs and pain points, especially around order-to-cash processes.
  • Design thoughtful, tailored solution architectures that integrate [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] with existing systems—including Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and legacy billing platforms.
  • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations that bring the future-state value of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to life for stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building credibility with all buying influences.
  • Craft comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
  • Partner closely with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] account executives, solution architects, and product teams.
  • Maintain a framework for understanding customer personalities and organizational structures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical fluency in SaaS CPQ and Billing systems.
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS order-to-cash workflows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of commercial LLMs and enterprise adoption.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with sales ops, finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Prior experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or similar role; startup/high-growth SaaS experience preferred.

The base pay range for this role is $130,000 – $170,000 per year.
