Job Details

• Location: Chadderton Park - Toby Carvery - Oldham, OL1 2QS
• Hours: Full Time
• Salary: £325.50 - £381.30 per week (hourly equivalent: £10.85 for ages 16-20, £12.71 for age 21+)

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the entire team to ensure delivery of outstanding food and service.
• Participate and contribute to team meetings.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas.
• Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
• Keep up to date with business information, promotions and new products.
• Participate in all in-house training and e-learning.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
• Complete appropriate documentation and cleaning tasks.

About the Apprenticeship

You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. No experience required – we will teach you everything! Training is delivered through work-based sessions and remote calls with a coach every 6 weeks. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.
