About the Role

As a Chef with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], your food is the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You'll thrive off the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced kitchen, pulling together as a team. With 19 brands and 1600 businesses, the opportunities to develop and grow in one of our kitchens are endless. You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with no college attendance required.

Key Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure delivery of outstanding food and service
• Participate and contribute to team meetings
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas
• Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep
• Keep up to date with business information, promotions and new products
• Participate in all in-house training and e-learning
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies
• Complete due diligence records and daily/weekly cleaning tasks

What You'll Learn

No experience needed – we teach you everything! This apprenticeship includes:

• Work-based training with face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls every 6 weeks
• Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
• Reviews every 12 weeks with Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach
• Nationally recognised Production Chef Level 2 qualification
