Chef Apprenticeship

You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. No experience needed – just passion and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure outstanding food and service.
- Participate in team meetings and offer valuable insights.
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely, and to brand standard.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas.
- Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep.
- Participate in all in-house training and e-learning.
- Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Complete appropriate documentation and cleaning tasks.
Apprenticeship Details
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. Training is delivered through work-based sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach. You also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.

Wage Information
16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour. 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour.
