What will I likely be doing?
- Supporting the Client Service Team by dealing with New Business Enquiries and understanding each client’s needs through inbound and outbound calls (all warm calls)
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally with empathy
- Accurately taking down their information and entering it into a case management system (Salesforce)
- Converting these clients to either a fixed fee meeting or an immediately progressing client for our lawyers across the company
- Liaising with our Lawyers across the country to establish best practice ways of working, including understanding lawyer availability, preferred ways of working, and regional skill sets.

Hours & Salary
Salary: £30,000 + Sales Incentive Scheme
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Job Title: Client Service Executive
Training: 3 week new starter training at our Harrogate office, where we’ll teach you everything you need to know about family law. After training you'll work 80% from home and 20% from our Harrogate office (at least one day per week).
