About the Role

The Business Area Wind is responsible for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Onshore and Offshore Wind, as well as other non-hydro renewable activities such as solar and batteries. Our offshore business is amongst the top three players globally and a key contributor to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s business success. As Senior Strategy Advisor and part of our project teams, you will closely collaborate with our internal sponsors to find solutions to our most complex challenges. You will report to the Head of Strategic Projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the challenges our business is facing and work closely with your colleagues in Strategic Projects to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to setting the overall strategic direction of BU Offshore.
• Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects.
• Actively collaborate with project sponsors, the BU Offshore line organisation and other stakeholders.
• Support the development and mentoring of (Associate) Strategy Advisors.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business/economics/engineering with 5+ years of work experience, including background from strategy consulting or a strategy unit.
• Demonstrated commercial mindset linking strategy to value creation.
• Curiosity for cross industry trends (e.g., digital/AI innovations).
• Attitude for problem solving, analytics, strategic and creative thinking.
• Self-starter with proven ability to deliver.
• Strong track record in project management and functional team leadership.
• Experience working with and presenting to Senior Management.
