Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Description
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to employ a personable and motivated Executive Assistant. The key focus of the role will be to assist the Sales Director in various types of company communications and to support him in his work generally; in addition to:
- Proactively managing the Sales Director's busy and ever-changing diary and schedule.
- Proactive management of the Sales Director's Inbox, ensuring key communications are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Building strong relationships throughout the organisation and with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective use of time with preparation of papers and information in advance.
- Drafting correspondence and developing documents such as presentations, reports, quotations, and information.
- Project Management including overseeing multiple projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
- Assisting with the monthly Sales Meetings including organisation of agenda, venue and taking and distributing notes.
Requirements
To be successful in the role of Executive Assistant, we would like to speak to anyone who has experience in the following:
- Extensive experience in a similar EA Role (5 years minimum).
- Comfortable working autonomously using own initiative and making decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised with the ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Thrive under pressure with the ability to prioritise and adapt to change.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
