The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across a diverse product range throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and expand relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business
  • Increase market coverage and grow the active customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans, targeting key accounts and smaller customers
  • Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
  • Plan and manage customer visits and sales trips effectively

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales with strong commercial awareness
  • Technical background or aptitude
  • Ability to adopt both consultative and transactional sales approaches
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
  • Full UK driving licence required
