• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Cluster Manager

Requirements

You could be our next Cluster Manager if you can:

• Lead from the front, building relationships with our customers
• Inspire and motivate through coaching and mentoring
• Develop your team to enable them to meet store objectives and progress their own careers
• Drive sales targets and meet deadlines
• Keep up to date with the latest products, promotions and offers
• Give every customer the best possible experience in your store
• Problem solve in a positive, pragmatic way
• Make sure that every customer has a welcoming and inviting experience in our stores
• Be flexible to work 5 days out of 7
